Don’t forget to complete the Care Card Back when we were meeting face to face, we had a Care Card for Praise Points, Prayer Requests and Contact information. It also gave us basic attendance information. We now have a new digital version! It is not pink like the original Care Card but it is treated in just the same way. For regular attenders, this form can be used to let us know you have "attended". Your Name (required) Your Email Subject Your Message, Praise Point or Prayer Request If you should receive an error message suggesting you try again, don't despair, wait 10 seconds or so and try again. Sometimes the servers are busy and simply are unable to respond fast enough. Δ
